1 hBoucan Brussels

Service Description

Ceramics – Open Access & Residency A space to practice independently, at your own pace ☽ Who is it for? These programs are intended for those who already have experience in ceramics — either through prior practice or by completing our intensive training — and who wish to work autonomously on their personal projects. ☽ How does it work? The studio is accessible 7 days a week, whenever you need it! Once you purchase your chosen package, we schedule an initial meeting together: Introduction to the studio space Explanation of the autonomous access guide Allocation of your personal storage box After that, you're free to start working independently in the studio! ☽ What’s included in the package: White stoneware (groggless). Extra blocks available on-site: €12 per block In-house glazes + glazes from Hins, Colpaert, and Amaco Slips, underglazes, oxide crayons & pastels Shared tools, aerospray, brushes, etc. Firings included for pieces up to 25 cm (height & width) (Nabertherm 190L kiln, 52cm shelves) ⚠️ Please note: No pottery wheels available on site. You're welcome to bring your own materials and tools, subject to studio approval (to ensure compatibility with our equipment and processes). We value curiosity, experimentation, and respect for the shared space. If you’re interested in technical guidance or want to try out new ideas, we’re happy to support you. We look forward to welcoming you and discovering your creative world!
